Since its launch in 2000, the Academy has grown from strength to strength, attracting British and foreign students from all walks of life. These have included young people taking a year out before or after university, professionals of all ages taking a gap-year to deepen their walk with God and find fresh focus for the next phase of life, married couples, church leaders… in fact, a real cross-section of society. What unites them is a desire to grow in God and build relevant, 21st century churches that make a genuine difference to their local communities.

Our one-year, Certificate in Leadership Studies course is constructed around our three core values of being God Centred, Purpose Driven and People Empowering. We offer a choice of three Elective Streams, being Music, Worship and Creative Arts, Pastoral Leadership or Youth Ministry. These all dovetail together to empower you to live a purpose driven, God centred life.
