The Abundant Life Leadership Academy is committed to growing the future church – equipping those who tomorrow will be leaders in their field – church, business, home - wherever you do life. Our unique environment encourages our students to approach God with expectation to impact their lives in this action packed year. As a fully integrated part of the Abundant Life Church, The Academy offers access to teaching, worship and outreach on an international scale. As a student at the Academy, you will enjoy our purpose built facilities opened in 2008, created in response to our rapid growth since the Academy began in 2000. Our course content is built around three key processes that are designed to develop your leadership skills.

You will have daily teaching time, including group lectures, workshops, your elective choice and individual study for both written and spoken assignments.

You will live out what you are learning by serving and leading in one of the many
ministry areas of the church every week.

Through your experiences in the classroom and the wider church you will constantly be challenged and provoked to grow deeper in your walk with God.

Our ultimate goal through these processes is to enable you to LEAD IT. To become the leader God has called you to be in your family, church, community, country and generation.
