The European Scholarship Fund has been created to help sponsor emerging leaders from across Europe to come to the Leadership Academy for a year of training and development.

At the end of their training these leaders will be sent back to their local churches to continue outworking the call of God on their life adding strength to their congregation and serving their leadership teams.

Whether you are an emerging leader looking for a unique training opportunity or a pastor looking to empower someone in your church, the European Scholarship Fund could be an amazing opportunity for you.

The European Scholarship Fund will offer a limited number of scholarship places to young emerging leaders. We want to see this resource used wisely and carefully, and so we have designed a set of criteria to ensure that the investment is a sound one. We are looking for emerging leaders who are:

• Aged between 18 and 25
• From a European country within the European Economic Area (EEA)
• In need of financial support to come and study that, if unavailable, would prevent them from attending the Leadership Academy
• Have had an ongoing involvement in the work of their local church for at least 12 months
• Posses a long-term desire to help build their local church congregation
• Have a competent level of written and spoken English
• Preferably single
• Have a good understanding of the Abundant Life Leadership Academy and the type of training we offer
• Teachable and diligent in character and attitude
