Life as a Leadership Academy student is always fast paced and no two days are the same. You are not only part of the course for a year, you become a central part of Abundant Life Church. Each week there is so much more to get involved in than just attending classes and learning in lectures. There are many things that will become a regular fixture if you are a student:

Monday to Friday classes happen daily for all students between 9.30am and 1.00pm.

On Thursday mornings the class splits three ways into our pastoral, worship and youth electives.

Every Wednesday morning for the first hour in class all the students gather together for their own powerful service with worship and word lead by the students.

During afternoons and evenings students can serve in a variety of different ministries across the church as part of their weekly service skills.

Wednesday evenings are worship team rehearsal for musicians, singers and dancers.

Every fortnight we have life groups that meet across our city and we encourage all students to join a group.

Friday night is Youth for all those on the youth elective and ID our 18 – 30 young adults ministry.

Sunday services are at 10.30am and 6.00pm in Bradford and 7.00pm in Leeds. Every weekend students are involved in helping to make church happen through serving in ministries like hosting, hospitality, car park, kids church and worship team.

When we host our Xcel, Stronger and Cherish conferences all the students are involved in helping pull off these life changing events.
