Love Belfast

Our heart at Abundant Life Church is to love Belfast and to love the people of Belfast. Love Belfast is about starting a 'Love Revolution' across this great city. We are about building Stronger communities, investing in our city and developing potential.

We currently have several initiatives and partnerships reaching out to help people across this great city of Belfast which include the following:

Bus Initiative

Our mini bus is not just a means of transport - it's a key tool to reaching out and building relationships with families who want to come to our Church. It is driven to areas of inner Belfast on a Friday evening to take young people to Rocknations and also on Sundays for both morning and evening services.

Hope to Help

Hope to Help reaches out to the homeless on the streets of Belfast every Friday Night, providing free sandwiches, filled rolls, hot drinks, as well as sleeping bags, clothes and emergency food parcels.

DIY SOS

This is an opportunity to make a huge difference to someone's life through a simple act of kindness. Through DIY SOS we provide practical help such as laying a new floor, transforming a garden, wall papering a room or simply tidying up.

Pearl

Pearl is an outreach initiative committed to reaching women working in prostitution on the streets of Belfast. Our aim is to offer practical help and support and to demonstrate unconditional acceptance to women often trapped in a tangled web of low self-worth, abuse, addiction and deceit. The team visits the women every Sunday evening providing tea, coffee and snacks from within the safe, neutral environment of the church minibus.
