Abundant Life Church Leeds
We are pleased to announce that on the 29th June 2008 we started a Sunday evening extension service in central Leeds.
This new Sunday evening option will serve those who live in Leeds and already travel into our Bradford services, as well as being a great opportunity for new people to come and have a great church experience.
We look forward to seeing you in Leeds!

4 weeks on and the smell of fresh paint and the hive of activity at midnight getting the venue ready may have left but the sense of opportunity to impact a city grows day by day. Leeds is an awesome city, a seriously great place and it deserves great churches and our heart is to add to what is currently there but also offer the great people of Leeds a relevant, empowering and loving community that believes they can change the world. We seriously believe WE CAN change the world and we will do it one life at a time, and for us, those lives start in Leeds. The service is awesome, fast paced, raw and full of the presence of God with amazing preaching but the church is more than just a service, its about building something significant, something which can invest into the generations of Leeds for years to come. We are up for the challenge and hope you are too - why not come join the revolution, we'd love to see you there.

Wow! What can we say other than how great is our God! Leeds has started and it was incredible. From 3 hours before when serving teams arrived till hours after, the sense of God and the sense of expectation I can only describe as awesome. 200 people of all ages, races and backgrounds packed the venue and created a powerful atmosphere of praise.
Paul shared his heart for an all inclusive church and we could sense that this is exactly what this church will become.
Who knows what will happen next week as word continues to spread but what we will remain is faithful to the heatbeat and vision of Paul and Glenda Scanlon, our great senior pastors and that heartbeat is reaching people and loving people. Super sunday truly was super! The best is yet to come.
